Mechanical Press Brake Machine

FRAME :

Rigid Frame is fabricated from steel plates with interlocked design. The interlocked construction of frame supports the ram and bed against any unexpected deflection under permissible loading condition.

RAM & BED :

Ram & Bed are made out of steel plates in suitable thickness. They are fully machined for straightness and parallelism and their upper surface is ground to keep the die in correct alignment.

DRIVE SYSTEM :

Two individual gear drives transmit the power to the Ram generating uniform load distribution through out the length. Gears & Pinions are made out of high quality alloy steel. The gear system provides appropriate speed to balance the transmission of torque on the eccentrics.

RAM ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM :

Motorised Ram adjustment mechanism is provided to facilitate quick bending angle adjustment.

CLUTCH & BRAKE ASSEMBLY :

Clutch & Brake assembly are manufactured from high quality alloy steels and are designed to provide easy accessibility, simple adjustment and to pick loads from standing start allowing frequent start and stop operations. Clutch assembly is duly hardened and tempered for frequent use. The clutch is controlled by a foot pedal for easy operation. The brake is interlocked with clutch to stop the Ram immediately at any point of motion when the clutch is released.

LUBRICATION SYSTEM :

Every moving parts are provided lubrication through hand operated lubrication pump for smooth functioning. An automatic lubrication pump assembly is provided on request at extra cost.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES :

Standard V-Block and Punch, Back Gauge, Motor Pulley, Motor Mounting Bracket, Pedal, Fly-Wheel, Gear Guards, Stroke Counter and Manual Lubrication Pump.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES :

Automatic Lubrication System, Goose Neck Punch and other tooling, Electricals (Motor, Starter and V-Belt), Wiring, Control Panel, Push Button.
